This has always been my very favorite period for Marvel - though being 10/11 years old at the time might also be part of the reason I think that. Even without the glow of nostalgia, these comics still just hit it out of the park. One thing I always like about this era was the more subtle coloring on the covers, compared to later years. Sure enjoy reading your blog... so much so, I'm paying for it on my kindle. That's devotion for you.
