Cover Cavalcade
Great illustration. Notice how the image takes your eye around in a circle before bringing you to the center.
Amazing composition on this cover. Every element works together to create that spiral effect.
I had never heard of this before. Was it a TV series? I also thought that Kurt Russell's early work was all with Disney. I guess this proves otherwise.
It was a TV series that ran for one season on ABC in 63/64. It was based on a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel. I've actually never seen an episode, but it does show that Kurt did do some non-Disney stuff as a kid. (He was also a jungle boy on an episode of Gilligan's Island.)
