Hector Heathcote was a Terrytoons cartoon character created in 1959. This Gold Key one-shot (with Fred Fredericks doing the art) was published in 1963, when Hector briefly had his own Saturday morning show.
UPDATE: I knew I'd inevitably do this sooner or later. I just featured this cover a few weeks ago and then forgot about it. Oh well, it's a nice cover, so enjoy it again!
