Miss Brooks gets roped into babysitting three children, which leads to her students believing she is secretly married to Mr. Boynton and raising a family of her own.
Few actresses other than Eve Arden can deliver a line like "Go to your room or I'll kill you" to a child in a deadpan voice and make it funny rather than mean-spirited.
