Dragnet: “The Big Confession” 3/30/54

This is the sort of story that Dragnet did exceptionally well. A man comes into the police station to confess to murder, insisting he tell the story in his own way so that the cops will understand he had no choice and it wasn’t his fault.

The police have to both get the full story from the guy AND try to find out if he's telling the truth.
