A man orders a “How To” kit to build a robot dog. When a
human robot is shipped to him by accident, he decides not to report the
mistake.
That decision snowballs into legal woes and a conflict with
the most frightening organization ever to inhabit a science fiction story—the
Internal Revenue Service.
